IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

The deposit is not refundable. This is due to many factors that ultimately result in cancellations being too costly for my business

HOW DO YOU MAKE PAYMENT?

I will send the contract and invoice to your email. Once that is signed, you can make the payment by entering your credit card information. After I receive the deposit, then I will book you on to my calendar! All deposits are 50% down.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

For engagement and bridal sessions, my turnaround time is 3 weeks. Please note I will text or email you when the photos are ready. I recommend planning your engagement and bridal sessions early so there is plenty of time for you to print images. For weddings, my turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. Busy seasons may affect the delivery timeline.

HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS BACK?

I will email you a link for an online gallery! You will have full printing rights to print your photos however many times you would like, and it's even easy to use and download the images right to your phone!

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I GET BACK?

For engagement and bridal sessions, I promise a minimum of 100 beautiful images edited. For weddings, my minimum is 300 images. I usually send a lot more than the minimum. It is also dependent on how many hours you book.

DO YOU TRAVEL AND WHAT IS THE COST?

I really enjoy traveling, so I will travel pretty much anywhere for your wedding. Travel costs vary depending on location. Please email me for a quote.

WHAT DO WE DO IF THERE IS POOR WEATHER THE DAY OF OUR SESSION?

Unless there is a hurricane or a life and death situation, we will shoot in any condition. If you absolutely do not want to do your session due to weather, we can reschedule for you, but there is a $100 rescheduling fee.

CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP US TO LOOK SKINNIER?

I will be real with you guys, I do not photoshop. I shoot through the camera and try to capture everything as perfectly as I can in camera. I don't want to mindlessly shoot and then have to rely on manipulating a photo to get what I want. I can make minor changes to images (like covering up a zit or something), but I cannot make the image a completely different one. If you need something photoshopped, it will be an additional fee.

WILL I GET THE RAW PHOTOS?

I get asked this question every once in a blue moon, but sadly I do not give raw files. Part of the photo process is me editing each and every photo. The raw photos are unfinished large files that need to be perfected. I promise if you trust the process you will love the end result!
